Job Description
At P&G, great hiring is about more than filling vacancies. We partner with leaders to understand business needs, identify the right talent, and help shape hiring decisions that drive long-term success.
We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Experienced Hiring team, partnering with IT leaders across Europe to attract and hire top technical talent. You'll combine sourcing expertise, market insights, and stakeholder influence to help shape hiring decisions and engage some of the most sought-after professionals in the market.
You'll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that values ownership, learning, and fresh thinking, while gaining experience across talent advisory, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring.
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex hiring challenges while building strong partnerships with candidates and business leaders alike.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, helping them navigate talent market realities and make informed hiring decisions.
- Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect P&G's values and strengthen our employer brand.
- Build diverse talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
- Lead offer discussions and candidate closing strategies, ensuring we secure the best talent in competitive markets.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent.
What we offer you:
- Meaningful work from Day 1: From Day 1, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful work, bring your experience and fresh perspective, and make a real difference in a business that reaches consumers every day.
- Continuous Development & Empowering Culture: At P&G, we offer a career, not just a job. You’ll be supported through continuous learning, a varied career path, and the opportunity to work alongside inspiring people in a culture where ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and personal growth are encouraged.
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits: P&G takes a Total Rewards approach, meaning that on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a wide range of benefits. These include an employee pension plan, a company-contributed share purchase plan, private medical care, life and disability insurance, enhanced sick-leave support, and your very own ‘Flex Fund’, which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
- Flexibility & Work-Life Wellbeing (Hybrid): We know that people do their best work when they have the right balance and support. Our ways of working are designed to help employees manage professional and personal commitments, with options such as occasional work from home, flexible work schedules and wellbeing programmes that help employees thrive both at work and beyond.
