What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide direct hardware and software support across PCs, servers, and mainframes to keep operations running seamlessly.
• User Support: Assist team members with system procedures, online transactions, system status updates, and downtime protocols.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with network services, software systems engineering, and application development teams to restore services and resolve complex issues.
• Tracking & Resolution: Maintain detailed logs of support requests to ensure timely, efficient problem resolution and prevent future disruptions.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and application support, developed through formal training, certifications, or prior work experience.
• Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to follow established technical procedures while accurately diagnosing system issues.
