# Role
You’ll be working with Thomas (our CPO & Designer) on Twenty designs:
1. **UI/UX Design**
* Create user interfaces for new features
* Design intuitive workflows and interactions
* Contribute to improving existing features
2. **Design System**
* Keep design elements consistent across the product
* Collaborate with designers and devs to maintain a polished look and feel
3. **Project management**
* Coordinate with developers, track progress, remove roadblocks
* Communicate updates so the whole team stays on the same page.
* Create clear design specifications for implementation
# You
* **Design Sensibility:** Good understanding of UI/UX principles with eagerness to learn and grow
* **Figma Master:** Figma has no secret for you.
* **Tech Lover:** Curious about how software is built; keen to learn basic coding. Love productivity tools (Raycast, Notion…)
* **Strong English Skills:** We communicate with an international community.
* **BONUS**: You're an **aspiring startup founder** eager to learn how to build products, design, and manage a startup.
