Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We're looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Bogotá by owning the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients. You’ll represent Clara at the frontlines of client relationships—building trust with decision-makers, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. Your work will be central to positioning Clara as the #1 spend management solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.
Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses to uncover opportunities.
Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.
Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.
Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations.
Balance FARMER and HUNTER skills—ensuring long-term value for existing clients while prospecting and closing new opportunities in the region.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Based in Bogota, with knowledge of the local business landscape
Background in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance
Experience with ERP connections, budgeting, or financial modeling
Track record of building relationships with C-level stakeholders
Interest in using AI tools to enhance commercial strategy or client service

If you meet the must-haves, apply — the nice-to-haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
