We’re looking for a true sales maverick with a collaborative mindset, and a vision to empower others in their journey to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
• Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
• Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches’ impact.

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required.
• Sales and Growth Advocate: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
• Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; we’ll help you grow these skills!
• Collaborative Innovator: You approach challenges with creativity and teamwork, thinking like a co-founder invested in your partners' success.
• Exceptional Relationship Builder: You thrive in creating connections and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

The Team

Join our dynamic Madrid Key Account Management team, where you’ll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and five Key Account Managers. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses. You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. With access to a wealth of knowledge and mentorship from seasoned Key Account Managers, this is your chance to make a tangible difference while advancing your career in an inspiring and supportive environment.

Your first 90 days

Days 1-30: Learn & Connect

• You’ll spend the majority of your time being onboarded into our product and commercial processes. By shadowing core workflows you’ll build a solid understanding of the coach lifecycle, team targets, CRM standards, and internal offerings. Lastly, you’ll build relationships with your colleagues and key collaborators and agree on a personal ramp-up plan with your Team Lead.

Days 31-60: Begin Owning

• You’ll take ownership of an initial coach portfolio and prospect pipeline, while beginning to have your first coach meetings with the support of a colleague. You’ll document growth plans and next steps and have signed your first 2 coaches on your own. You’re steadily integrating into the Lenus work culture and begin to foster real connections with the people around you.

Days 61-90: Operate Independently

• By this point, you’re ready to independently manage your portfolio and weekly priorities, while maintaining a qualified pipeline leading you to sign 2 new coaches per month. You have a good grasp of our business model and use data effectively to create growth forecasts and present portfolio overviews. You’re now an integrated part of our community and partake in local events, breakfasts and sports activities together with your colleagues.
