About the Team:

The HRIS team is a community of dedicated professionals committed to managing and optimizing the technology, systems, and data that support HR processes across an organization.

Impact

Experienced Workday Consultant with 8+ years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting. Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize data integration and analytics solutions using Workday Reporting and HCM, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Deliverables

• Manage and maintain Workday Core HCM, Workday Security and Workday Reporting
• Configure and support worker lifecycle events
• Support Workday reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Assist in security configuration and data access controls
• Maintain compensation and organizational data structures
• Support business process optimization and automation
• Configure and support end-to-end Core HCM processes
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards leveraging Workday data.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.

Skills and Qualification

Functional/Technical Skills:

• Good Knowledge of Workday Technology
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in reporting, forecasting, and analytics use cases

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus

• Partners: Cross-functional teams and HR stakeholders
