The architect will evaluate business needs, define scalable solution architectures, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Azure, enterprise applications, and healthcare systems. This position influences organizational technology strategy, drives architecture governance, and provides leadership across complex initiatives with significant technical and business impact.
Lead the solution architecture and technical design of enterprise applications with a focus on:
Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solution architectures that align with enterprise and business objectives.
Design integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including healthcare applications, data platforms, ERP systems, and third-party services.
Establish architecture standards, best practices, governance models, and implementation frameworks for Salesforce and enterprise solutions.
Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and solution roadmaps.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic goals.
Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technology evaluations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, security standards, data privacy requirements, and interoperability frameworks.
Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads while fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce ecosystem technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and cloud-native services.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Salesforce Architect certifications such as:
Demonstrated expertise in:
Strong experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, architecture governance processes, and large-scale implementation programs.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Prior experience serving as a Lead Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect for large transformation initiatives.
Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud or other healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks including:
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, platform governance, and cloud-native application architectures.
Knowledge of AI, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and customer engagement platforms.
Proven ability to influence business and technology strategy through architecture leadership and innovation.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
