Partner with the Lean Manager and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
Lead and support Kaizen events, problem-solving activities, and process improvement projects that eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
Develop and maintain standardized work, visual management systems, and 5S practices that improve consistency and performance across the facility.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve process capability.
Track improvement project progress, action items, and key performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable results.
Coach and engage employees at all levels in Lean thinking, continuous improvement principles, and practical problem-solving techniques.
