Establish and enforce standards to ensure creative assets are scalable, accessible, and easy to use across the organization
Serve as the central point of coordination for creative assets, ensuring seamless collaboration across Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
5–8 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative content, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste across typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling
Experience directing and producing both still and motion content (photo, video, social, campaign)
Deep interest in fashion, style, and visual culture
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Strong working knowledge of Figma and design systems
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, or similar)
Experience designing across digital formats: social, web, email, and digital OOH
