Govern customer-facing documentation platforms, including Document360 and related AI-assisted content tools, ensuring appropriate configuration, consistent usage, and effective reporting.

Monitor content coverage, freshness, and usage, translating performance data into actionable recommendations and regular updates for Product Operations leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying execution gaps, evaluating feedback, and implementing process enhancements.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individual contributors, including setting expectations, providing direction, and ensuring accountability for results.

Experience developing and implementing content standards, style guides, templates, and training or enablement programs that improve documentation quality and consistency.
Practical experience with knowledge management or content platforms and AI-assisted content generation tools, including configuration, governance, and analytics.
Strong understanding of AI-assisted content creation and automation, including sound judgment about when human review, verification, and quality control are necessary.
Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams and understanding product release cycles and the role of documentation in the software development lifecycle.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize workflows across cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
