Platform Supportチームは、PlayStationのオンラインサービスを支えるコンテナ、ネットワーク、認証、監視 などの共通基盤を対象に、プラットフォーム開発チームが提供する共通基盤の運用を担いながら、AIを活用 した標準化・自動化を推進し、運用モデルそのものを継続的に改善しています。
また、共通基盤全体に対する深い知識と運用経験を活かし、共通基盤を利用する開発チームを支援し、 Developer Experienceの向上やPlayStation全体へのベストプラクティス展開を推進しています。
本ポジションでは、日本におけるPlatform SupportチームのManagerとして、チームメンバーの育成・組織運 営に加え、日本拠点におけるPlatform Support組織のリーダーおよびグローバルPlatform Support組織との Point of Contactを担っていただきます。
US・インドをはじめとするグローバルメンバーと密接に連携し、日本 のPlatform Supportチームを代表して、Platform Support戦略、運用モデル、Developer Experience向上施 策、AIを活用した自動化戦略を推進していただきます。
加えて、Platform Engineering、Service Reliability Engineering、Technical Operations Support（TOS）を組 み合わせた次世代の運用モデルを設計し、日本だけではなくPlayStation全体で利用できるグローバルな Platform Supportモデルも構築していただきます。
AIを活用して運用を変革したい方、組織や運用モデルそのものを設計したい方、そしてグローバルチームと ともにPlayStation全体へインパクトを与えたい方にとって、大きな裁量を持って活躍できるポジションです。

世界中で利用されるPlayStationのオンラインサービスを支えるPlatform Support組織の日本拠点を率い、 日本とグローバルをつなぐリーダーとして活躍できるポジションです。
単なるPeople Managerではなく、日本におけるPlatform Support組織の代表として、US・インドを含むグ ローバルチームとともに、PlayStation全体のPlatform Support戦略、AIを活用した運用モデル、Developer Experience向上、Follow the Sunオペレーションの実現をリードしていただきます。
PlayStationの次世代Platform Supportモデルを設計し、世界中のエンジニアとプレイヤーにインパクトを与 えられる、非常に裁量の大きなポジションです。
