Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents.
While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

- Partner across Enterprise IT and business teams to translate prioritized demand into scalable technology delivery while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance and Responsible AI standards.
- Own workforce, capability and capacity planning across Software Engineering, Digital Platforms, Data and AI delivery, continuously improving engineering productivity, automation and delivery maturity.
- Ensure robust site governance, financial management, risk and compliance while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the LCC; serve as a Board member for the Lonza India legal entity.
