The ability to balance ambitious revenue goals with sound supervisory practices and regulatory compliance.
A competitive, accountable, and results-oriented leadership style.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build, refine, and scale processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
