This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Web Designer (UX/UI) based in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual experience of a high-traffic B2B marketing website.
You’ll create polished, conversion-focused web experiences that combine strong visual craft with business impact.
The position focuses on marketing and brand web design rather than product UI, with an emphasis on enterprise-level quality.
You’ll help evolve a scalable Figma design system while maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints.
Your work will be informed by analytics, experimentation, accessibility standards, and user behavior data.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
The role is fully remote, full-time, and structured as a six-month contract with potential for extension.
Design polished, on-brand, conversion-focused pages and digital experiences for the marketing website and related touchpoints.
Maintain and elevate visual and brand standards, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across marketing assets.
Build, document, and maintain scalable components and libraries within a Figma-based design system.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and implementation requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to connect creative work with business objectives and ensure high-fidelity implementation.
Incorporate accessibility principles and standards such as WCAG into web experiences.
Analyze analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience.
Support A/B testing and experimentation by designing test experiences, helping interpret results, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
Explore AI-assisted design tools and workflows to improve design-system consistency, documentation, efficiency, and scalability.
4–6 years of professional experience in marketing or brand-focused web design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, live marketing websites with sophisticated typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall visual polish; product UI-only portfolios are not sufficient.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Strong visual judgment and refined design craft, with the ability to deliver enterprise-quality work from the outset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive, incorporate, and articulate feedback effectively.
Ability to work at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or other digital experiments is preferred.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and using analytics to inform design decisions is an advantage.
Experience with heatmapping and session replay platforms such as ContentSquare or Hotjar is a plus.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools or AI-enabled workflows for accelerating design-system development is desirable.
Previous experience working within a marketing or growth team is beneficial.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Fully remote position within the United States.
Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
Six-month W2 contract with strong potential for extension based on performance.
Flexible start date.
Compensation of $65–$74 per hour.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
401(k) benefits.
Opportunity to work on a high-traffic B2B marketing website and contribute to an evolving design system.
Exposure to experimentation, analytics-driven design, accessibility, and emerging AI-assisted design workflows.
