As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be instrumental in transforming business processes through the implementation and optimization of Maximo systems, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Field Service & Operations Modernisation sector, contributing to the modernization of field service operations. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that address diverse perspectives and requirements. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas, guiding and mentoring others to achieve project objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop self-awareness, enhance strengths, and address development areas while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance client operations and asset management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical expertise in Maximo development and integration
- Leveraging emerging technologies to optimize Maximo functionalities and improve client outcomes
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Maximo features and industry trends
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their specific needs
- Applying solution architecture skills to design scalable and efficient Maximo systems
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of Maximo capabilities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
