As an Associate in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.
As an Associate, you will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, building a personal brand and opening doors to more opportunities. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge to support senior staff.

Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance performance
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure architecture design and optimization
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for effective cloud service delivery and administration
- Applying cloud compliance standards to validate secure and reliable cloud operations
- Conducting cloud migration and performance optimization to improve infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborating with team members to address client needs and deliver quality solutions
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in cloud operations
- Developing technical consultation skills to support cloud strategy and service management
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to foster personal growth and team collaboration
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
