As a Release & Deployment Manager within our Managed Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, and develop skills outside your comfort zone while encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable seamless operations and availability for clients
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure architecture and optimization
- Overseeing cloud migration projects to validate smooth transitions and minimal downtime
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service management
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for infrastructure performance improvement
- Engaging in strategic questioning to drive innovation and embrace change within cloud operations
- Facilitating cloud compliance and service delivery to meet client expectations
- Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
