As a Cloud Operations Senior Associate you will support IT asset management activities within our Technology Consulting practice, helping manage cloud and infrastructure operations workstreams. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to IT Infrastructure Managed Services efforts, apply cloud operations knowledge, interpret data to inform recommendations, and help deliver dependable client support across assigned workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned cloud operations workstreams and tracking deliverables across IT asset management activities
- Monitoring cloud infrastructure, service availability, and platform performance using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor
- Supporting cloud administration tasks across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and coordinating remediation for infrastructure incidents and service disruptions
- Analyzing operating model data and using Apptio and FinOps practices to support cost visibility and resource optimization
- Applying cloud compliance, security, and service management procedures to validate adherence to operating requirements
- Documenting operational procedures, recurring issues, and service metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement
- Guiding junior team members on cloud operations tasks and reviewing assigned work for completeness and accuracy
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Managing cloud infrastructure operations within managed services environments
- Demonstrating IT asset management or cloud operations experience
- Utilizing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Applying CloudOps, cloud administration, or infrastructure management skills
- Using Apptio, Splunk, Dynatrace APM, or Performance Monitor
- Supporting troubleshooting, cloud performance optimization, and service delivery
