A culture that has your back. Collaborative, mission-driven teams focused on consistency, care, and results.
What You'll Do
Drive the sale. Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.

Own the front of house. Step into key guest-facing roles — Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support — as needed.
Keep operations humming. Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
Deliver the Chapter standard. Consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
