Keep operations humming. Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
Deliver the Chapter standard. Consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
