In recent years, this has been expressed through contextualized ministries focused on, among others, Black, Native, Latino, Asian, and international background students and faculty. Our value for multi-ethnic diversity has not waned, and it is needed at this moment more than ever. InterVarsity is seeking a seasoned ministry leader to become our National Director of Multiethnic Ministry. This new department will collaborate with other InterVarsity leaders, including our ethnic focused ministry directors, to establish and advance intentionally diverse witnessing communities reaching multiple corners of campus with the gospel.
