The Operations Analyst supports strategic and operational priorities across City Club from within the executive leadership. This role builds the analyses, reports, and project infrastructure that City Club leadership needs to make decisions and track execution. The scope is intentionally broad: the work follows wherever City Club priorities lead, spanning operations, people, growth, finance, and club performance.
This is not an administrative support role. The Operations Analyst owns deliverables, manages project timelines, produces original analysis, and operates as a functional partner to leaders across City Club. The value of the role is measured by the quality and usefulness of its output and by the capacity it creates in City Club leadership to focus on the decisions that matter most.
