As an Oracle EPM - Associate, you will engage in client support within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions. You will contribute to client engagements by leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. As an Associate, you will develop your personal strengths and address development areas through feedback and reflection. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that uses a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
- Participating in business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Developing business rules and financial planning models to enhance operational performance management
- Assisting in the creation and management of budgets and forecasts using Oracle EPM tools
- Conducting strategic data analysis to inform financial advising and planning decisions
- Collaborating with teams to integrate enterprise solutions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Engaging in process root cause analysis to address client challenges and improve profitability management
- Reviewing work for quality and accuracy, confirming alignment with regulatory guidelines and firm standards
- Building quality relationships through straightforward communication and active listening
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Analysis and Financial Planning
- Engaging in Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Resource Allocation
- Developing insights through Strategic Data Analysis and Financial Forecasting
- Excelling in creating budgets and managing cost effectively
