As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your skills to drive strategy and execution. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, fostering meaningful client relationships and guiding junior team members. You will be instrumental in analyzing intricate concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to our Advisory Acceleration Centre, enhancing our global delivery capabilities. You will work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers, using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. Your ability to delegate and coach others will provide stretch opportunities, while your straightforward communication will influence and connect with diverse perspectives. Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
- Leading client engagements by managing workstreams and delivering high-quality deliverables
- Utilizing business process analysis and financial forecasting to enhance client performance
- Developing and implementing business rules and optimization models to improve operational efficiency
- Conducting performance assessments and creating detailed performance reports for client review
- Collaborating with clients to identify key performance indicators and align them with business objectives
- Managing resource allocation and cost management to optimize financial planning and budgeting
- Facilitating enterprise integration and organizational restructuring to support client growth and transformation
- Reviewing and validating the accuracy and relevance of financial data and reports
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions and engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Excelling in financial forecasting and planning budgeting
- Managing complex business process analysis and optimization
- Developing and implementing performance management software solutions
