As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Advisory Acceleration Centre. This role involves supporting client engagements by providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business issues and develop solutions from strategy to execution. You will be part of a team that uses a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, helping clients navigate their challenges effectively.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Digital Core Modernisation network, specifically within our FP&A Technology - Oracle EPM practice. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This position offers the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while mentoring others and maintaining professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and forecasting needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilizing business process analysis and business rules development to optimize client operations and performance
- Conducting financial reviews and profitability management to support client decision-making processes
- Developing and implementing performance management software to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Creating and managing budgets to align with client financial goals and regulatory guidelines
- Performing process root cause analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies
- Building meaningful client relationships through straightforward communication and structured influence
- Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to uphold professional standards
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Excelling in financial forecasting and planning budgeting
- Managing performance assessment and profitability management
- Developing business process analysis and optimization models
