As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Oracle's suite of tools and technologies. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, transformation, and analysis, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your understanding of complex problems to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and guide others, all while maintaining professional and technical standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specifically within our Oracle practice. You will have the opportunity to enhance your leadership style by motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality work. Your role will involve coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions effectively
- Utilizing Oracle tools for data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling to derive actionable insights
- Leading the development and execution of strategic data analysis and visualization initiatives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to improve service delivery
- Developing skills outside of comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating skills in Business Process Analysis and Financial Planning
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) effectively
- Excelling in Strategic Data Analysis and Financial Forecasting
- Managing Performance Management Software for client solutions
- Developing skills in Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Profitability Management
