As an Oracle Gen AI - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills in Oracle Data and Analytics to deliver impactful solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using your knowledge to guide others effectively.

Responsibilities
- Conducting complex data analysis using Oracle Data Integration and Oracle Golden Gate to support client projects
- Developing data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity and security
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for data visualization and reporting
- Integrating big data solutions to streamline data collection and preprocessing
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Collaborating with teams to implement data-driven consulting strategies
- Engaging in data modeling and data mining to uncover trends and patterns
- Supporting client engagements by leveraging data analysis software and tools
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to drive innovation
- Mentoring junior team members in data analysis techniques and methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing Oracle Data Integration and Oracle Golden Gate tools
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
