As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and drive workshops to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will guide the configuration process, mentor colleagues, and đảm bảo impactful communication with clients and third-party vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for analyzing complex problems and managing client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality solutions. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in cloud HCM and a Bachelor's Degree, along with the ability to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complexity in project execution.
