As an Oracle HCM Technical - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Oracle technology solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be at the forefront of transforming business processes by leveraging Oracle's capabilities to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and technical development.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Oracle HCM technical solutions to support client business needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for application development and deployment
- Designing and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Oracle systems
- Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for creating and managing reports
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align Oracle solutions with business objectives
- Facilitating process improvement and optimization through analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation
- Providing client support by addressing technical issues and offering solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Engaging in Oracle Data Integration for seamless data management
