As an Oracle SCM Functional Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions within our Supply Chain Technology - Oracle practice. Your role will involve contributing to the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations systems, helping clients streamline their processes and enhance operational efficiency. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, support senior staff, and engage in research to develop basic skills and knowledge. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using challenges as opportunities for growth. Your adaptability and reliability will be key as you navigate complex situations, contributing to the delivery of quality solutions. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by contributing to Oracle Supply Chain and Operations projects
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions
- Engaging in data modeling and analysis to provide data-driven insights for supply chain improvements
- Participating in demand forecasting and planning operations to enhance supply chain performance
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute procurement strategies and process improvements
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to streamline product development processes
- Contributing to the management of inventory and warehouse operations using Oracle Warehouse Management System
- Assisting in the development of cost management and efficiency strategies within supply chain networks
- Supporting the integration of Oracle Logistics and Oracle Order Management to optimize order-to-cash processes
- Engaging in project resource management and budgeting to support successful project delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in Oracle SCM MFG module
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for efficient supply chain operations
- Engaging in data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance
- Supporting project delivery with a focus on cost management
- Developing skills in demand forecasting and inventory management
