With a strong focus on implementation and operation in industrial environments, this role is responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of OT security services across Swiss factory locations mainly in Kanton Aargau and external sites. While global cybersecurity defines strategy, standards, and governance, this role ensures their practical execution and effectiveness on the shopfloor.
As OT Security Service Manager (m/f/d), you will act as the local service owner for OT security at operational level, the primary factory IT interface to global cybersecurity, and a hands-on driver for implementation, remediation, and continuous improvement. The role combines operational service ownership, project execution, and resilience enhancement in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
OT Security Operations & Service Ownership
- Operate and continuously improve OT security services in factory environments, proactive threat hunting or detection support
- Ensure service performance, operational stability, and transparency of OT security controls
- Act as local owner for incidents, problems, service improvements, vulnerability remediation, patch coordination, risk-based security scanning
- Coordinate OT cybersecurity incident handling with SOC, global cybersecurity teams, and factory IT
- Maintain service documentation, asset inventory, and risk visibility across the Swiss factory landscape
Implementation, Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and support the implementation of global OT cybersecurity standards such as segmentation, remote access, and monitoring in production environments
- Support factory investment projects, supplier integration, and requirement engineering from an OT security perspective throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to OT Security & Resilience initiatives by driving practical improvements in monitoring, segmentation, secure remote access, pen-test remediation, backup, recovery, and resilience measures
Disaster Recovery, Change Enablement & Collaboration
- Support the definition and execution of OT disaster recovery strategy, backup concepts, recovery readiness, and service continuity measures
- Act as the bridge between global or external teams and local factory IT by assessing operational impact, defining mitigation actions, and ensuring changes fit maintenance windows and production constraints
- Act as the single point of contact for OT security topics in Switzerland and collaborate closely with factory IT, global cybersecurity, production, investment department and external vendors
- Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable technical field
- Strong knowledge of OT and ICS environments, including SCADA, PLC networks, and industrial protocols, combined with relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity topics such as network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and monitoring or detection solutions
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or ISO 27001, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with OT vulnerability management, monitoring & detection platforms and OT IDS solutions
- Fluent German is mandatory; good English skills are required, Italian as a plus
- High ownership, reliability, accountability, and willingness to support onsite factory environments across multiple locations in Kanton Aargau and external sites
