Job Description:

Lineos from insightsoftware is a cloud-native, no-code Enterprise Performance Management platform covering planning, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.

We are building the North America partner program for Lineos, and we are hiring the person who will lead it. This is a co-sell and resell motion: partners transact in their own right and sell alongside our direct team.

You will start with three signed partners and a great deal of open field. Those relationships are yours to grow. Everything beyond them is yours to define, from which partners we pursue next to how the program scales.

You will not be doing this alone. A dedicated onboarding director and enablement team support you, and our direct sellers are comp neutral so they are incentivised to co-sell rather than compete.

What you will do

• Own the North America partner strategy and revenue number for Lineos

• Grow our three existing partners into consistent, repeatable revenue

• Recruit new resellers and systems integrators, setting the pace with our onboarding director so we do not sign faster than we can support

• Design the program mechanics: tiering, margin structure, deal registration, and joint business planning

• Co-sell in live deals, pairing partners with our direct sellers and staying involved through close

• Position Lineos against competing EPM platforms and equip partners to do the same

Who you are

You are a builder, energized by an open field rather than unsettled by it. When you hit a process that does not exist yet, your instinct is to design it, not to escalate it and wait.

You also know speed is not the same as progress. Signing partners faster than we can support them creates frustrated partners and stalled deals, and you will push back when the pace is wrong.

What matters most:

• Competitive EPM experience. You have sold, or sold through partners, a platform in the EPM space.

• Partner sales in a co-sell or resell motion, where deal registration and margin structure are familiar ground.

• A builders track record, growing a channel or territory from an early stage rather than only managing an established one.

• Credibility with CFOs and finance leaders, including the ability to sell in the room yourself.

Helpful but not essential: an existing partner network in the Office of the CFO space, MEDDIC or similar methodology, and a collaborative style that gets results through teams you do not manage.

If you meet most of this and the role excites you, we would rather hear from you than not.

Why insightsoftware

We serve finance teams in more than 40 countries and we are growing quickly. Lineos is a priority investment area. You are not executing someone else's program here. You are creating the one that comes after you.
