You will establish and implement a sustainable framework for maintaining People & Culture knowledge assets, including reviewing existing content, driving content refresh activities, and implementing effective storage and governance practices. Working closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, you will ensure information remains current, reliable and easy to discover.
A key focus of this role will be simplifying the employee experience in some of the most used P&C platforms. You will leverage your understanding of front-end users experiences to uplift key platform pages and linkage to knowledge sources. Your work will help ensure AI tools can access accurate and well-structured content, enabling more effective self-service experiences for employees and leaders.
A bit about you

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, adapting quickly while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed. Your experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday will be highly valued, particularly in enhancing employee-facing experiences, while your understanding of knowledge management, content governance and AI enablement allows you to improve how information is structured, maintained and accessed across the organisation.
You collaborate with empathy and confidence, building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and influencing through clear communication and thoughtful partnership. Your strong attention to detail, documentation skills and curiosity help you deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes, while your passion for digital transformation ensures every initiative strengthens the employee experience and supports People & Culture's future digital and AI ambitions.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
