About the Job

We are seeking a Pharmacy Education Manager to join our team based in North Sydney.

In this role you advance the Consumer business unit’s Healthcare professional strategy to ensure Galderma is positioned as the scientific partner of choice in Dermatological skincare. To do this, you will cultivate advocacy, promote engagement & shape recommendations within the consumer portfolio with all healthcare professionals (HCP’s), including Dermatologists, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, as well as key opinion leaders (KOLs).

This is also an opportunity to work across business units for key events to execute Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Strategy by developing & executing comprehensive scientific information, training and education to HCP’s to support the Galderma consumer product range.

Occasional interstate travel will be required as part of this role. At Galderma we have a hybrid working model, with 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of HCP strategy plans across ANZ Consumer brands to drive recommendation by bringing knowledge of pharmacy trends and opportunities for growth and launch brands.
• Develop specific detailing and education materials to win recommendation with HCP’s, from Dermatologists to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants to utilize training and education to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to expand Galderma HCP reach.
• Execution of key strategies in line with annual brand plans (ABPs) to grow and maintain Galderma’s market share be seen as leaders in Dermatology.

Ideally you will have

• Bachelor’s degree or masters degree in Science, preferably Pharmacy degree
• Business qualification (optional – extra asset)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (optional)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, with science based marketing background well regarded.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
