As a Power BI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering team. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their data needs and developing solutions that drive business decisions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex data challenges and deliver client-focused solutions. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, working within our Platform Engineering & Architecture competency. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and developing innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing data engineering solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Managing data pipelines and optimizing database performance with PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Building scalable data architectures and integrating data from various sources including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to transform complex data sets into actionable insights
- Designing and maintaining data warehouses and validating data quality and security
- Collaborating with teams to enhance data strategy and architecture development
- Leading efforts in data anonymization and dimensional modeling to support client needs
- Troubleshooting data warehouse issues and optimizing query performance
- Embracing change and fostering intellectual curiosity to drive innovation in data engineering solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks
- Utilizing advanced skills in data architecture development and data integration
- Excelling in data warehouse troubleshooting and performance tuning
