What you will be doing:
- Operating within the production area, developing, implementing and managing manufacturing methods, processes and sequence of operations.
- Defining process requirements, working procedures, and providing equipment recommendations for product lines.
- Executing Process-FMEA analyses, identifying possible sources of failures and taking measure
to eliminate operations risks. - Defining the process control methodologies and managing statistical process control systems to analyze out-of-control situations..
- Liaising with Quality Assurance in responding to customer inquiries, and with Design Engineers to coordinate the launch of new products.
- Responsibility for preparing machine specifications and collaborating on their design, modifications, testing, and subsequent release into production.
- Actively participate in LEAN and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Support colleagues in other, alsoforein, localities
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Process Engineering within an electronics manufacturing
environment. - Fluent in Czech language. English upper intermediate level.
- Proficient in quality tools including PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and DOE.
Advanced skills in data analysis software (Minitab, JMP, or similar). Strong
ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues on the shop floor with
a practical, solution-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949,
or IRIS 22163 is preferred. - Experience with Industry 4.0 is an advantage
- Experience with programming (e.g., .NET) and databases (e.g., SQL Server)
is an advantage - Experience with SAP or MES systems and their implementation is
an advantage
