The Position

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Procurement, digital transformation and data analysis while supporting the implementation of myBuy in Roche Morocco.

You will work closely with an experienced colleague who has already supported a myBuy implementation. You will receive training and guidance from the start and, as you gain experience, progressively take ownership of defined activities.

You will also have the opportunity to support the Diagnostics Procurement team with data analysis, dashboards, AI/automation and process improvement.

What you will work on

myBuy Morocco implementation – main focus

• Support the preparation, review and migration of procurement data, including vendor information, Purchase Orders and contracts.
• Help classify procurement data and support vendor onboarding activities.
• Coordinate information with Procurement, Finance and myBuy implementation colleagues in Morocco, Spain and Vienna.
• Support project follow-up, documentation and, at later stages, training activities.

Data, AI & Process Improvement

• Use Excel to prepare, analyse and report procurement data.
• Support and maintain existing dashboards.
• Explore practical ways to use AI and automation to simplify procurement activities and data analysis.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Procurement Support

• Depending on the myBuy project workload, you may also gain exposure to:
• Purchase Orders and contracts.
• Sourcing and bidding activities.
• Supplier follow-up and stakeholder communication.
• Procurement documentation and reporting.

What we are looking for

• Recent graduate with an interest in Procurement, Business, Engineering, Data or related areas.
• Comfortable working with Excel and data.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in English in an international environment.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Experience with SAP/myBuy, dashboards, AI or automation tools is a plus, but not required.

What you can expect

• You will be based in Barcelona / Sant Cugat and collaborate with colleagues in Morocco, Spain and Vienna.
• You will receive training and support at the beginning, with the opportunity to become increasingly autonomous as you develop your knowledge of the project.
• The myBuy Morocco implementation will be the main priority, with the balance between project activities, data/AI and broader procurement support changing depending on the implementation phase.
• Occasional travel to Morocco may be required.
