Real Chemistry Media
Real Chemistry Media is transforming how medical and healthcare marketers engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers through data, technology, and omnichannel innovation. Real Chemistry Media's product and technology teams sit at the heart of this meaningful work by building tools that increase impact. In support of our mission to help life-changing medicines and therapies reach their full market potential, we are building an enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing.
Our technology enables healthcare organizations to design, deploy, and optimize HCP journeys through a scalable, self-service product that connects to their existing marketing and data systems. The platform is live with early users and on track with rapid growth milestones, so the decisions made over the next year will be influential in shaping the product's future.
We are hiring a Product Designer to define how this platform works and how it feels to use. Reporting to the VP, Product, you will work closely with product management, engineering, and data science to take complex workflows and turn them into easy to use, intuitive interfaces that fit thoughtfully into the platform system. The team is small and we're building a lot, so there are a lot of opportunities for ownership and influence.
What You'll Do:
Own the product design and user experience of the platform, from early exploration through shipped interface and iteration.
Maintain and evolve the design system so new features fit into it or thoughtfully evolve it as the platform grows.
Work side-by-side with front-end engineers to establish design-to-engineering best practices and workflows.
Set a high bar for design quality across the platform, building visual and interaction craft into design decisions and feedback.
Design how AI features appear in the product and how users understand and interact with them.
Partner with product management and engineering on problem definition, scope, and sequencing from the beginning of each effort.
Run research and usability sessions with users and turn what you learn into design decisions.
What You Should Have:
4+ years designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces for workflow-heavy products.
A portfolio showing component libraries, data display, and navigation and interaction patterns you designed and maintained.
Experience designing data-dense interfaces that simplify complex tasks.
Technical fluency with front-end concepts and modern design-to-code workflows, including prototyping in code or with AI coding tools.
Experience designing AI and LLM-driven features, including how models are described and how trust is reinforced in the interface.
Skill at breaking large, ambiguous problems into work that can ship in pieces.
Expertise and enthusiasm about inclusive design and how exceeding accessibility standards improves products.
Ability to communicate design rationale and drive buy-in with technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus points for martech, adtech, orchestration tooling, or healthcare experience.

At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. For example, certain teams and regions, including some of our UK operations, have office-based requirements. Your recruiter will discuss the specific expectations for the role you're pursuing during the interview process and keep you informed throughout the hiring journey. For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
