- Embed Governance & Delivery Excellence: Coordinate delivery readiness, risk assessments, stakeholder approvals and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions progress through appropriate governance frameworks with clear accountability.
- Connect Business & Technology: Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, risk specialists and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, align resources and resolve delivery challenges.
- Deliver Measurable Value: Support business case development, track performance against agreed success measures and identify opportunities to simplify processes, reuse existing capabilities and maximise business benefits.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and supporting delivery readiness across business, technology and risk functions.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
- An understanding of AI-enabled delivery and responsible AI principles, with curiosity about using approved AI tools to improve productivity, quality and decision-making while applying sound human judgement.
