We are looking for a Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to join our Go-to-Market systems team with the primary objective of managing product backlog, prioritization, design, governance and execution. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering Salesforce-driven capabilities that power customer, opportunity, and revenue workflows globally.
In this role, you will partner with our Operations, Business Stakeholders, Transformation Team, and Commercial Engineering teams to lead the global product strategy and roadmap.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Product Manager, you will:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and backlog items.
Work closely with Commercial Engineering teams to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Track OKRs aligned to Salesforce adoption, process efficiency, data quality, and revenue impact
Help manage and prioritize Salesforce product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value business outcomes.
Support Salesforce enhancements across customer, opportunity, and revenue-related workflows.
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment on business objectives and solution scope.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technology teams to improve business processes and user experience.
Assist with solution design discussions, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood by engineering teams.
Support testing, user acceptance activities, release planning, and change management efforts.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Help maintain Salesforce data quality, process consistency, and governance standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
Champion a customer-first mindset by incorporating feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
The role requires the candidate to work in 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST and also to be flexible.
Work from office for 3 days in a week (Mandatory)
About You
You're a fit for the role of Product Manager if your background includes:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject (computer science or engineering discipline) is preferred.
Overall, 10 + years of work experience.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, or functional requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and backlog management.
Experience working closely with engineering teams to support solution delivery and execution.
Good understanding of customer lifecycle processes, customer success operations, sales operations, or revenue-related business workflows.
Ability to balance business priorities and technical considerations when making recommendations.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, release planning, and adoption activities.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, integrations, or related GTM systems is a plus.
Experience with Customer Success, CRM, or Go-to-Market technology platforms is preferred.
