About the Role:

As part of our dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Product & Master Data Management Analyst in our Shared Service Centre, supporting our DACH Business unit. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to the fast-paced world of medical technology and healthcare. You will be responsible for ensuring correct, complete, and consistent product and master data maintenance across systems, as well as supporting internal departments in product- and procurement-related processes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Payment Processing

• Creation of new products and ongoing maintenance/updating of master data.
• Creation of DC and DOC documentation.
• Managing status changes of products and executing product activation for the DACH organization (DE +126).
• Processing diverse Agile requests (e.g., changes to Item Descriptions, Product Groups, and Pricing Categories).
• Exercising PDM Originator Rights.

Master Data Management & Quality Control

• Execute follow-up maintenance of master data upon request from internal logistics and QM teams.
• Proactively check for missing master data in Oracle and supplement as required.
• Update Item Descriptions systematically within Oracle.
• Consolidate, merge, and prepare complex product data streams from MT & OT.
• Maintain accurate data across Agile, Oracle, and PIM systems (including product data, IFUs, etc.).
• Prepare and process HCDP-relevant data and exports for strategic listing at purchasing cooperatives.
• Coordinate, prepare, and create standardized templates for data maintenance in the PIM system to support Product Management and KAM.
• Coordinate and take over iProcurement processing for the Product and Commercial Solutions Management Team.

Training & Support

• Lead the induction and technical training of new employees across core systems: Agile, Oracle, and PIM.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in product and master data management. Prior experience within an international group or multinational MedTech environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Agile) and a strong proficiency in PIM systems. Strong analytical and data processing capabilities.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German is required (written and spoken).
• Attributes: An accuracy-driven professional with a sharp eye for the smallest details, a structured and careful way of working, and a high level of quality awareness.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
