• Reporting directly to the Fusion Business Lead, working closely with the Project Manager and wider programme community to support successful delivery and business readiness.
• Contributing Grosvenor-specific and industry expertise to key programme deliverables and outputs.
• Apply your expertise to data migration, process mapping, reporting requirements, systems integration, solution testing, and business readiness activities within your area of responsibility.
• Possess a strong understanding of operations within your area of responsibility, recognising current practices while also identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Play a pivotal role in driving change and designing new ways of working at Grosvenor, helping to build your network within the organisation and develop your own leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements

• An investigative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse issues and identify practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with a focus on prioritisation and delivery.
• The ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.
• Experience of working to agreed milestones and delivering against programme timelines.

• Knowledge of service charge systems, processes and operations; experience with Yardi Voyager and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.

OR

• Experience of, or a strong interest in, business transformation, continuous improvement or change initiatives.

• An understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can be used to enhance processes and improve ways of working.
• The ability to influence, engage and support stakeholders at all levels throughout a period of change.
