Job Description:

Skyrocket Education Services is seeking Part-Time Assistant to support the Curriculum Department with lots of document based project work including Google Sheets, and Adobe InDesign knowledge is a required for this project.

This role will require going into curriculum and researching information. You will work with the Curriculum Development Copy Edit department. If you are a good research person and strong communicator this is great Part-Time role for you.

*This role will be remote, up to 30 hours per week, and require support M-F Pacific Standard hours

and is projected to go 3-5 months*

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*

• Edit, transfer and coordinate in Adobe Suite curriculum to web application.
• Report issues in a timely manner, and take the lead on issue resolution with all parties.
• Produces and updates Weekly Report for various projects and department tracking.
• Copy Edit curriculum Designated department as needed, providing error-free final product with minimal number of drafts.
• Reviews, compares and prepares various documents (i.e. proposals, applications) for conformation and consistency.
• Assist with other projects, functions and duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to identify Designated department needs and independently resolve potential problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills 
• Attention to detail and a tolerance for working on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse populations and age groups 
• High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to type 50 wpm.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• A four-year college degree. Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Experience in related field for designated department preferred.
