As a Quality Assurance Tester Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Designing and executing quality assurance testing strategies to enhance software performance
- Developing and implementing application development frameworks to support innovative software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver client-focused solutions
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software development processes
- Managing API integrations and REST client functionalities to optimize system performance
- Leading business process improvement initiatives to drive digital transformation and enhance user experiences
- Applying programming languages such as Java to develop and test cutting-edge applications
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to validate seamless client operations
- Engaging in client management to build meaningful relationships and anticipate client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
