Are you passionate about the intersection of data, technology, and human behavior? In the People Insights team at Rolls-Royce, we are redefining how we understand our global workforce.
We are looking for a Qualtrics Specialist to lead the technical execution of our Employee Experience (EX) strategy.
This isn't just about building surveys. It’s about enabling an enterprise-wide listening strategy. You will be the technical owner of the Qualtrics platform, working closely with our Behavioral Scientists and HR Leaders to enable scalable, high quality data collection, reporting and integration. If you know how to push the boundaries of Survey Flow and love diving into Stats iQ, this role is for you.
