What Will You Do?
Job Purpose Statement
To assist in the scanning of documents, filing/retrieval of records, daily switchboard and mailroom coverage.
Job Functions
- Provide daily switchboard coverage as scheduled and serve as primary back-up in the absence of the operator.
- Work in the mailroom as scheduled assist with collection, sorting, delivery, postage application, etc. and serve as back-up in this area during vacations, etc.
- Assist in alphabetizing terminated employee files and filing as directed.
- Assist with entering description for each application to be scanned in computer system/program. Scan each individual document per application. Ensure clarity of scan for readability.
- Assist as requested in unemployment claims daily; verify, research and document all data required as first level of processing claims; and communicate information to Human Resource Representatives.
- Assist in document retrieval as requested.
- Assist other departments as needed with projects.
- Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
Requirements:
Computer skills to include Word and Excel
Lifting up to 20 plus pounds
Flexibility in the daily work duties
