Why Conduct
The world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas. Too often, they move at the speed of the systems they run on.
Behind every process change or new product line sits an SAP landscape shaped by decades of custom code and complexity. Changes take months. Migrations can cost more than $100 million and take years.
Conduct is building the AI operating system that makes this complexity understandable and actionable, so enterprises can move faster and pursue bigger ambitions. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems. We have secured partnerships with systems integrators and raised a $60 million Series A. Demand is outpacing our capacity to deliver.
The Role
Your opportunity is to win new ground for Conduct, land its most important customers, and build the team that makes it happen, inside a company in hyper-growth.
As Regional Director, Enterprise, you will recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales team focused on winning Conduct's most strategic new enterprise accounts and bringing a new kind of technology to market. You will own recruitment, enablement and sales execution across your territory, building pipeline and coaching Enterprise Account Executives through complex buying processes.
The challenge is to build a team that earns the trust of major enterprises on decisions that matter to their business, and turns that trust into consistent wins. You will set the standard for how that team hires, develops and sells.

Set the operating rhythm of a region growing at pace: forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning and performance management

Work across the company to turn customer insight into better outcomes and regional demand
Lead by example, setting the standard for how Conduct sells
