Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact business development leader to expand the Ameriprise Financial Institution Group (AFIG) network of community banks and credit unions. In this role, you will drive territory growth, build executive relationships, and position Ameriprise as a strategic partner for wealth management and investment solutions. You will influence business growth through consultative selling, market insights, and partnership development while collaborating across the enterprise to deliver successful outcomes. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $150,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
