Because of your experience and E-1 license, you’ll also serve as a technical resource for the team, help support less-experienced electricians, and have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibility as the electrical department continues to grow.
If you’re an experienced electrician who enjoys the field but wants a clear path toward greater influence, responsibility, and career growth, this could be a strong next step.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Connecticut electrical requirements
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently manage complex residential service calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical findings clearly to homeowners
- Willingness to mentor and support less-experienced electricians

- Interest in growing into additional leadership responsibility over time
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, CRM systems, and field service software
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means being one of the strongest electricians on the team.
You’ll consistently deliver quality work, solve difficult electrical problems, take care of customers, and become someone other electricians can rely on when they need technical guidance.
As the electrical department grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility in areas such as mentoring, quality, training, and field leadership — without requiring you to immediately step away from the work you enjoy.
If you’re an experienced E-1 electrician looking for a strong field opportunity today with room to grow into more tomorrow, we’d like to talk to you.
