- Document defects, unexpected behavior, and testing results.
- Validate that data is flowing correctly between Salesforce and connected GTM systems.
- Investigate and document system or integration issues before escalating them to the appropriate technical owner.
- Perform post-release validation to confirm changes are functioning as expected.
Revenue Operations Processes
- Own and execute recurring Revenue Operations processes accurately and on schedule.
- Support commission processing, including preparing commission statements, validating inputs, and reconciling commission data.
- Process CRM data corrections, account and opportunity changes, ownership updates, and other operational requests.
- Support territory and account assignment updates.
- Perform pipeline hygiene checks and identify opportunities requiring correction or review.
- Support lead and account routing quality assurance.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end Revenue Operations processes.

- Validate report accuracy and investigate discrepancies between data sources.
- Support pipeline, bookings, conversion, productivity, and other revenue-related reporting.

- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, testing procedures, and operational checklists.
- Maintain documentation of key CRM fields, definitions, and business rules.
- Help establish repeatable quality-control processes across Revenue Operations.
- Proactively identify data issues, process gaps, and operational risks and recommend improvements.
